Remodel and Extension of 5 Bedroom Detached Home

Our client had recently purchased this five-bedroom property and were looking to create more space for their growing family.

We proposed replacing a uPVC conservatory with a large open plan Living, Kitchen and Dining space within a single storey rear extension for the whole family to enjoy. The extension created space for a great Entertaining / Living Space as well as a movie room for the family and guests. We also proposed a double height front porch extensions to create a light and welcoming entrance into the home. To the first floor, minor re-configuration changes created a good sized 5th bedroom.
