This stunning grade 2 listed building has been purchased by our developer client. It is in need of complete refurbishment, having been left unoccupied for many years by the previous owner. It is full of character features including timber framed sash windows, ornate chimney stacks, brick detailing, and a classic sense of style and proportion.

The building is in a fantastic location, within 100m of the well regarded Duke of Wellington Pub and local shops and services.

MB Architecture were appointed to create a digital twin of the building in 3D and then propose sympathetic modifications to the building to create 7no. well configured apartments.

We proposed multiple options, first discussing and sketching out ideas, before putting an accurate representation of the building together for the heritage officer to approve.

We look forward to working through the construction stages including building regulations approvals, structural design, working drawings, regular site visits to assess compliance with approvals, and final handover to the buyers.
