This 3 bedroom house was as built in the 1960s except for a light refurbishment in the 2000s. It was on a good sized corner plot with a detached garage in a quiet road in St Johns and perfect for re-modelling and extending.

MB Architecture were appointed by our clients to create a 4 bedroom house for their growing family and we prepared multiple design options for them to consider. The final design was sympathetic and efficient and was approved for planning straight away.

We carried out all stages of the project, including concept discussions, building measure survey, architectural design, planning package preparation & submission & approval, structural engineering with our engineers, building regulations package preparation & submission & approval, tender package preparation & tender process & procurement, principal designer role, completion of the works, and client handover.
