We re-modelled the property both internally and externally as well as extending both the ground floor and the first floor
This is what we came up with. A fantastic new vision for the property while remaining the majority of the existing structure. The property was not without complications: the property is on green belt and, as is common with a 1960s property the foundations and insulation levels are well behind modern standards.
