We were appointed to produce a larger living space for the family to enjoy with direct access out onto the garden.
The lower ground floor is to be converted into living space. The addition of a roof light to the lower ground floor extension, a full height window on the west facing wall, and sliding doors on the rear elevation create a light filled family room. The existing balcony will be replaced with a smaller balcony over the new extension.
