Our client purchased a site that was the right size for their business requirements and it contained existing buildings that they were able to use in the short term but that long term would need to be changed.

We discussed the client’s requirements and considered the green belt that the site was situated within. We put a proposal together that met both the client’s requirements and also the local authority planning department requirements. The result is a re-generated site that provides for the needs of the client’s business and allows for future growth too.

The industrial building provides a storage facility for vehicles to be held securely once they have been sold, or for when new vehicles arrive before they are prepared for their new owner.

The building features solar panels and electric car charging points and has been designed for the slight increase in weight of electric vehicles compared to internal combustion vehicles.
