Remodel and Extension of 4 Bedroom Detached Home

Our Client was looking for more space within their long term home. We proposed a front porch to create a spacious entrance with plenty of light and a double doorway leading into the property.

After initial sketch options we agreed a ground and first floor layout with the client. The front extension allowed us to create a more accessible WC and wet room towards the front of the house. With the additional space created by the front extension the first floor could be improved to create a much larger family bathroom and fourth bedroom to allow for more comfortable guest arrangements.
