We work on a diverse range of projects including apartment buildings, residential developments, residential properties, retail premises, and educational facilities.

We design new builds, refurbishments including re-modelling, and carry out master planning.

We work closely with local authorities and planning consultants to achieve the right solution for the site.

Stages of a project

We work with you from Conception to Completion

Stage One

We start by looking at the feasibility and concept, sketching ideas before producing architectural drawings that can be submitted as a planning application.

Stage Two

Once planning has been obtained, we appoint our structural panel to produce the structural design and calculations in parallel with us producing the building control submission.

Stage Three

We produce construction drawings, schedules, specifications and contracts. We produce a tender shortlist with you and then issue tender packs for procurement of the packages for build and services. We then appoint the contractor.

We attend site during the project on a watching brief, to ensure compliance with the specification and to manage change. We are with you every step of the project.
